Sometimes one remark is enough to bring you into motion.....
Sometimes making a collage or painting can help to see the learned issue in another light. Besides that, by making a collage or painting you can integrate and feel it in your body while you are working.
One simpel remark can move mountains as you can see in the following example. The remark: "How old are you?" and after the answer 45 than: "You still think you can do all you want in this life?" brought an explosion. See the following obituary of a client.
